Who Needs to Submit the Checklist?
- Spouses of Japanese nationals or permanent residents
- Individuals with “Long-Term Resident” status
- Holders of work-related residence statuses (e.g., Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services)
Key Points to Note:
- If you answer “No” to any item on the checklist, your application is likely to be denied.
- Even if all answers are “Yes,” approval of your application is not guaranteed.
